Hachiko was a loyal dog who waited every day for nearly ten years at Shibuya Station in Tokyo, anticipating his owner's return long after his owner's passing. This unwavering devotion captured people's hearts worldwide, symbolizing the unbreakable bond between humans and their dogs.
This story inspires Hachiko House. Like Hachiko's dedication, the daycare embodies a commitment to providing a loving and safe environment where every dog feels like a family member.

Mai's journey began in the bustling city of New York, where she spent five years honing her skills and gaining invaluable experience at a renowned doggy daycare while volunteering for a rescue organization. Her deep understanding of dog behavior and her expertise in managing doggy dynamics were further enriched by her certification in Dog Behavior: Problem & Solution.
Mai's vision for Hachiko House was born out of a simple yet profound desire: to create a place where she could confidently bring her own beloved dogs. She realized that it wasn't easy to find a daycare that truly specialized in small to medium dogs and provided the level of care she dreamed of.
Having worked at several doggy daycares, Mai identified what was truly missing: the kind of care that treats every dog as if they were your own, and the level of personalized attention that caters to the unique needs of each furry friend.
With this in mind, Mai decided to open Hachiko House, a small doggy daycare that emphasizes true care and personalized attention. She is committed to ensuring that every dog feels loved, safe, and happy. Hachiko House is not just a place for dogs to spend their day; it's a home away from home where they are treated with the utmost love and care.

Mojito works closely with Mimosa to ensure the safety of our daycare.
As a Document Disposal Specialist, she ensures that all personal documents are thoroughly shredded into pieces. Her mission is to keep our furriend and their hoomans’ information safe and confidential!
Mojito also takes her role as Sustainability Manager very seriously. She ensures no treat goes to waste, helping us keep a clean and eco-friendly environment.

As our customer support specialist, Mimosa ensures that everyone feels warmly welcomed with her fluffy tail wags and cheerful demeanor.
But don't let her size fool you! Mimosa takes her role as Security Guard very seriously, barking to alert us of any visitors and keeping a watchful eye on everyone!
